Pamukkale day trip worth the early start

We joined the Pamukkale & Hierapolis tour from our hotel in Antalya and it was a really good day, even if the start was quite early. The bus was comfortable for the long drive and our guide explained the history in a simple, funny way. The white terraces look unreal in real life, walking barefoot in the warm water was my favourite part. Lunch was a normal Turkish buffet, but plenty of choice. We checked the price at our hotel and it was higher, so we were happy we booked this one instead.
